Amy White, Hygienist
Amy has been with Dr. Thompson’s practice for more than eight years. She has a bachelor of science in dental hygiene from the University of Tennessee. Amy values the small office atmosphere that allows her to build lasting relationships with her patients. She considers making a positive impact on a patient’s dental and overall health a significant benefit of her job. Amy and her husband, Russell live together in the heart of Collierville with their daughter, Logan, and a son, Peyton.

Tina Newman, Registered Dental Assistant
Tina works alongside Dr. Thompson to keep patients comfortable and assist in clinical procedures. She has been a dental assistant for 15 years and sincerely enjoys serving our patients. Before entering dentistry, Tina attended heavy equipment mechanic school in the US Marine Corp. There, she earned Marine of the Quarter for community service. She is a member of the Tennessee Board of Dental Assistants and enjoys furthering her knowledge and skills as a dental assistant.
Tina is married to Gary, and has been for 15 years. The couple has a daughter and a son, four dogs, three cats, and one fish, but no partridge in a pear tree. For fun, Tina likes reading, traveling, boating, and skiing. And of course, she treasures time with her family.
Emily Chappell, Office Assistant
Emily is a freshman at the University of Memphis and a graduate of Collierville High School. She is Dr. Thompson’s daughter and has business operations duties.
